Fit An Ill-Fitting Dress Tutorial

One of my favorite refashions is to make an ill-fitting dress fit. Most of the time when I find a cute, unique dress while thrifting, it doesn't fit me. I learned this technique while working at a tailor shop and have used it countless times!
