Quilt becomes dress

I would firstly like to apologise to those without children for doing another kids refashion, but this one was calling me. I have done some other refashions lately, but I do love this one.

This time I took a vintage chenille quilt, part of one of my old skirts, and a little bit of vintage sheet.
