William Morris curtains refashioned into a skirt

Have you ever found an item of clothing which you adore and you just want to wear different versions of again and again?

Yep? Me too!

I have a great skirt that I love wearing and I was on the look-out for some fabric to recreate another one. 

And a pair of William Morris curtains from a charity shop fit the bill perfectly!

Here is the resulting skirt...

I had so much fun figuring out how to make it.

It hangs really well, being curtain fabric and all and it was made with four panels and a deep waistband.
