It is eco friendly (fabulous) but not strong or sturdy and CERTAINLY not cute. There are no pockets, which is just silly. Looking through my bookshelf of fabrics, I pulled out a gorgeously thick purple fabric that I had bought on a whim when it was super duper ooper on sale at Joann's Fabric store.
I sewed a two layered "slipcover" that slid over the canvas bag, and added an additional 5 pockets in the process. Whoa, right? There was no math used in this project, just a lot of eyeballing it methods.
The turquoise fabric flower was Pin-spired from my "Sew Amazing" board.

Do you like bag makeovers as much as I do?
