Toddler Sock Monkey Costume (with link to tutorial)

My last costume to share, is not from this year. It was actually the one I made my daughter last year. I haven't blogged about it until last Halloween when I did a guest post with a tutorial.

Since I hosted a little Carnival series this year in my own blog, I brought that post home and today I am sharing it here with you too, in case you haven't seen it before.

This one costed me 2€... 1€ for each sweater I bougth. One in grey (men's) and one in red (women's).

Unfortunately back then, I forget to take photos of the before. But you can see a full tutorial on how I made it. If you have a little sock monkey lover, it is guaranteed to be a big hit. Mine loved hers so much, that even though it was a bit too short, she requested to wear it again this Carnival.

Another bonus from this refashion was that G. was wearing the new sweater all through winter. Without the hat and the pants it looks pretty normal, no costumy at all.

This is so super cute! Thanks for showing how you cut up the sweaters too!
