I wanted to make at midi skirt (appearantly all the rage right now). I had a green skirt that felt a bit too short, and had a scrap of the same fabric, but in another colour. Perfect.
I forgot to take a before picture, but it is the green part of the skirt.

Thank you. I quickly realised that midi length neccesiates careful styling to not look frumpy.
Sometimes the simplest refashions have the most impact!
(That needs to be a bumper sticker or sampler methinks!).
