Shortened and widened sleeves

The upper sleeves on this tunic/dress were extremely tight, but it otherwise fit.

I chopped most of the sleeves off, added triangular gussets to both sleeves and rehemmed the sleeves (see the blog post on my blog about this refashion for details about the gussets).

It was an unexpected bonus that I actually think the dress looks better with shorter sleeves.
