Maternity skirt to non-maternity skirt

Maternity skirt in 100% wool with a wide stretchy maternity panel.
Before:

I cut off the maternity panel.
I cut the top of the skirt to be straight, not curved, and reattached the waistband.
I put in a zipper.
And adjusted the size to fit me.
