Lace tablecloth to Fancy lace skirt

I heard that lace is in for Spring/Summer 2015. So this is my 'on-trend' refashion for this theme.

I thrifted this pale yellow tablecloth for $1.99 at my local thrift store:


And turned it into this sunny yellow lace skirt:
