TBT: "Julie's Wedding: Part I"

This is one of my favorites from the very first year of my blog. My friend Julie got married and I revamped this generic 90s floral shift into an off-shoulder tulip hem dress to wear for the occasion.

I Can Work With That said...

I love the new hem. Great idea. And I like Minnie. I tried to make a Dress form ages ago and it didn't work well at all. Good job all around.
