A 70's Jumpsuit to Fun 50's Outfit

Hello Refashion Co-op. I found this amazing jumpsuit at a clothes swap.

I turned the jumpsuit into a romper. I thought it would look more modern. It did look better but it still wasn't a great look on me. I cut the shorts off and hemmed the bottom so I had a shirt.

I also sacrificed some of the embroidery at the neckline and made a V-neck. This made the shirt fit so much better. The green in the neckline went well with the green of this skirt. It had a little bit of a 50's feel to it.

Thanks for reading this post, for more pictures and details go to I Can Work With That.
