Beach Ready Refashion Part 2

Are you ready for Part 2 of my Beach Ready Refash?!? I am very excited to share this one with you all!

I had this canvas tote laying around waiting for a new life! I also found this fantatic flamingo shirt from the thrift store! I LOVE flamingos so this shirt is perfect for me, except the size….a tad too small.

I cut out around the flamingos and ironed it to some heat ‘n bond so I can iron it to the canvas bag.

Ironing the flamingo decal to the canvas bag.

Once the flamingos were ironed on I went around the edges with pink puffy paint to make it look more finished.

While the pink puffy paint was drying I moved to the inside of the tote. I grabbed an old teal pillow case to make a lining for the tote.

I used some of the leftover pillow case to make a small pocket for the inside.

The finished inside! Complete with pocket!

I found this adorable pompom ribbon at the Dollar Tree! I sewed that around the top!

To finish off my new tote I sewed on these big pink buttons!

Beach Ready!

I am in love with this flamazing new tote!

Happy Refashioning, Crafting and Upscaling!!!
