From minidress to tunic

Einen wunderbaren Dienstag wünsche ich Euch!

I hope you all had a good start this week. This time I have really easy refashion for you. I found a cute 50s-looking-satin-minidress. Unfortunately my hips don't won't to fit in, so I just decided to make a tunic out of it.

I like the new fit and these side slits. What do you think?

I am happy if you visit my blog and come to see the whole tutorial.

Bye

Doilies on a Pullover

My dearest Refashion-Coop-Readers,

it's been a while since my last refashion but today I have cute one. Whenever you have an old sweater or some doilies left, just put them together. As I did!

http://ninutschkanns.com/2014/10/29/refashion_doily-shirt/

Some weeks ago I visited my local thrift store and just found this cute velvet shirt. From an old curtain-project I had some doilies left and this was the right time to combine them.

If you want to see the whole tutorial feel free to visit my blog. I hope you like it!

I'm happy to read your comments.

An easy autumn-skirt re-do

Hallo Zusammen!

I know, it's been a while since my last post. I'm full into planning holidays so I don't have much time for any projects.

But here's one I did some weeks ago and just got the time to take pictures. I think this is a perfect autumn-sunday-refashion. I hope you like it! :)

Blue cotton skirt Refashion

My dear readers,

finally I had the time to take pictures and write about my latest refahion-project. Once my grandma gave me this old lovely skirt. It's royal blue with corn- and field flower-pattern. Unfortunately it was way too small around my waist. So here is what I did:

From 80s dress to pastel-flower midi-skirt

My dearest readers,

this is another refashion I did some weeks ago. I found that beautiful 80s dress in a second hand store. The fabric was artificial but I loved the colors and that flattery skirt. It fitted well, but it was too much of everything. I didn't liked the buttons and the collar, so I decided to do some simple cuts.

The transformation was made very fast because of the elastic fabric. See the whole instruction on my blog and check out more pics!

Have fun :)

Easy peasy shirt upgrade

My dear refashion co-op-readers,

finally I could take some pictures of my latest refashion. It's an easy peasy upgrade I made with a thrifted 70s shirt. It fits perfectly but with that small collar it seems a little childish. It just took me some little cuts and now it suits me so much more.

Laundress-Apron to Summer-Dress

Hello everybody,

Today I've something "old" for you. I thrifted a beautiful vintage-apron with allover-blue flowers. I love the fabric and everything but I didn't liked the laundress-look. It doesn't fit anyway, so I soon decided to refashion it to something more summer-like.

Visit Ninutschkanns.com

So I just removed the button-part of the dress and joint both fabric pieces. Then I simply shortened the dress and fixed the straps.

Last weekend I refashioned 3 items, but didn'd had the time to take pictures. So watch out for some nice refashions soon!

Thanks for your interest!

Vintage Refashions with Ninutschkanns

Hallo Zusammen und guten Tag - schön dabei zu sein!

My name is Nina and I'm a new refashionista of the Refashion Co-Op. I'm from Germany and very happy, to be a part of this blog. It's so inspiring to see so many people who share their creativity and show that you can make something beautiful and wearable from old clothes.

http://ninutschkanns.com

I'm blogging since 2011 on Ninutschkanns.com and focussed on refashions when I got a sewing machine. I always loved the vintage clothes my mother and grandma had worn before. It's a way to express myself and to show my individual style (which is something between vintage, trendy and casual). I usually blog in german, so excuse me for any written mistakes.

To give this whole thing a nice start, I'd like to show you my green-patterned dress which I thrifted some weeks ago. You can find a small tutorial and some more pictures on my blog!

It means a lot to me to share my refashions with you. I hope you like them! :)

You also find me on Facebook, Instagram and Bloglovin.

Thank you!
