    1. Thank you! To date (July), I've refashioned three more T-shirts/dresses like this. Oh, see comfy!

      Happy refashioning,

  3. Funny, because I was wondering if The Renegade Seamstress had decided to refashion her refashion ;) Love what you did with this!

    1. Thanks, Andrea! That was pretty cool to find the identical BEFORE dress... and in burnt orange, too!

      Happy refashioning,

  4. That is so fun that you found the same dress as I did a few years ago. Cute refashion! Don't ya just love that fabric!

    1. Thanks, Beth! Yes, the fabric's great! I finally refashioned the burnt orange one last week and added a neat leather, more Western belt with it. If I lived where it got nippy (I live in the Southwest Pacific), I could pair it with a denim jacket and boots!

      Happy refashioning,

  6. What an awesome job! I went and saw what the Renegade Seamstress did with hers as well, and having seen both before and after pictures, I have to agree that in its original form, it was utterly and completely unflattering. However, both of you managed to make absolutely FANTABULOUS and FLATTERING refashions!

Is it pure happenstance that two of the awesomest refashionistas on the net both managed to find the same dress to refashion? Oh, and have you done anything with the RED one yet? That print in red just makes me swoon! I can't wait to see what you do with it!

    1. Francine, you're the sweetest!

Yes, I finally refashioned the burnt orange one last week. I did the very same thing with it! (See my reply to Beth's comment.)

      Hugs and happy refashioning,
      Kelley~

  7. Well, since the Renegade Seamstress left a comment about it, I guess it was pure chance! Way Cool!! Perhaps that means I could find another red one? It is possible, right?
