Beaded dress redo

Hello! When I saw the beautiful beading on this dress I knew it had to come home with me! There are black little beads and silver threading as accents!
There were monster shoulder pads and I wasn't a fan of  the low waist line so I removed the pads and made a big chop,  ended up with two pieces!

    I find those types of dresses all the time at consignment stores, and I've always wondered what I could. Now I know! I love the top -- very sweet and business casual. and I LOVE the dress. so cute.
