Floral Flares

I received a pair of flares in the mail from a friend who sells vintage clothing on eBay. I love them, seriously, but they didn't fit me when I tried them on for the first time. I've always found trousers (pants) to be in the too-hard-basket to resize or refashion, but I managed to figure it out using a few online tutorials, which can be found on my blog.
