Layers o' Lace Top

I get a little giddy when I find a dress that is truly bad.




There’s nowhere for this dress to go but up! I removed the skirt and the sleeves. I also changed up the neckline a bit.

Now that scary dress is a much more fortunate top. :)

    What a save! The original dress is so totally something I would pass in the thrift shop, be drawn to like a moth to a candle, and then have no clue how to rework and have to leave, sadly. But now ... more ideas abound! Love that altered neckline.

    Any thoughts for the sleeves or skirt?
