Hi everyone! Here's a refashion I did a while ago - I love the polka dots and it fit well in the bust, but it was way too long, and I'm not a big fan of this type of neckline. Soooo, I raised the hem and chopped off the top to make it a tube top dress :) This is what I was left with afterwards

    That before picture looks exactly like a dress I refashioned this past winter. I just shortened it, though. I like your strapless version a lot
