The 15 Minute Refashion

I picked up this little ditty at a church garage sale for a whopping $1.00:

I was immediately drawn to the color & print of this sundress, but it also had a cool knot detail in the front. Although I could've worn "as-is" with a few minor alterations, was craving a new top for my wardrobe. And with 1.2 minutes to spare transformed this sundress to versatile babydoll top:
