Nothing says "spring" like stripes!

This XL striped shirt from my thrift store stash was just begging for a refashion. After re-sizing, changing the neckline and adding a Pom Pom Bib Necklace I think I'm ready for spring! There is a full tutorial with photos here on my blog.
