Maxi Dress Refashion

This undoubtedly was the quickest and easiest refashion I ever made. Just minor alterations made to turn this dress from maxi to mini.

    This is SO pretty! I'm glad you used the bottom half instead of just shortening it, the lower part of the skirt is too pretty to waste! Beautiful job :)
