Pep Talk

Peplums are so hot right now! Check out my vintage dress to peplum-dress refashion:


I essentially cut off the excess length and created a peplum out of it. As usual all the details are to be found on my blog, Charity Shop Chic.

    This is great! Been wanting to do a peplum skirt or dress for about 6 weeks now, but just can't work up the nerve with my rather (ahem) well endowed back protudence everyone else refers to as their rump! This looks like an easy way to try it out without permanently attaching it to anything!
