Bad spaghetti strap flowered dress

Greetings refashioners! Today I am writing about a dress refashion as part of my now 90 (was 60 but moving got hung up) days to DC blogging adventure. I am more than halfway done and still kicking. Today is  another $1 dress! The fabric was a good quality and I liked the pattern.

What was wrong with it was the spaghetti straps were too long and the dress hung low. The skirt was also a smidge too long. I pulled out the spaghetti straps and readjusted them. Took off a little from the bottom. and just added a black belt to just pull in the waist the little it needed. Plus it also broke up some of the print.
