re-purposed baby jumpsuit

 I really didn't want to throw out this little jump suit since it had a cute design. But I didn't want to donate it because it had lost a stud. So, inspired by another refashioner, I cut the bottom off.





I wanted to coverstitich the hem but it was too hard to get near the studs.

So I dipped into the stash and found some old tape, to attach to the bottom. I then had a bit more fabric to work with to hem it, in the style of a blind hem.

Here is the little angel modelling it , even though he's nearly one, its not a bad fit. it was originally a 0000. And I still get to enjoy the cute design.
