Lynn the owner of the boutique I wholesale to requested some tattered scarves, and here are the one's she bought for her boutique. Simple take scrap sweater fabric left over from other projects, added some tatters using other scraps, maybe add some bottons.
I used to make those about a year ago! Anyways, it's always interesting to experiment with fabrics and what you can use to make a scarf!
