A lot of times I walk right past items that say "as is" on the tag at the thrift stores. Simply because it means there is something wrong with it! But I couldn't walk past this dress. You know when it's meant to be it's meant to be?! I remember seeing this dress about a year ago, and thinking about how I liked it, but I didn't have my sewing machine! Thankfully now I did, and this time the dress only cost me $2! So I went from this:
