another skirt refashion

Starting off with this lined skirt, I wanted to have a bit of fun. I cut it up the back and removed the zip.

 After a bit of cutting to make the neckline, I used the lining to make a vest. Actually, I had to think about it, because I wasnt sure it had worked. But in the end, decided to keep going.
 So i added so embroidery designs from BCF I got for free, and matching toggles, and here you have it. An africn animal vest!
