I removed the sleeves and pocket, took in the sides, added bust darts, and used scrap from the side seams to encase the raw sleeve edges. Done!

Going Sleeveless
One of my husband's shirts that was too tight in the shoulders ended up in my refashion pile. I decided to make it a cute sleeveless top as those seem to be "in" right now.
I removed the sleeves and pocket, took in the sides, added bust darts, and used scrap from the side seams to encase the raw sleeve edges. Done!
