Boring Dress to Pretty Pillowcase Dress


Snagged this 100% silk dress for a dollar at the thrift store!  And I just knew it would be perfect for a pillowcase dress. 
Unfortunately I needed to buy the fabric for the belt and strap. But it was only $2.
