Another dress bought for under a dollar. Apparently, it is too long, too big and we're not just feeling it.
However, I believe, this one has the makings of a great dress.
What I did was just shorten the sleeves and raise the waistline a couple of inches higher, and reshape the top part. Sewed them pieces back together and voila!
