Pants to shorts

A refashion almost too simple to post, but maybe it will inspire some?

Linen pants that fitted a chubby 2-year old toddler

2½ minutes later: Bermuda shorts for a slim, almost-5 year old boy.

    As a (albeit CF) seamstress, I've never been able to figure out why so many kid clothes are sold by AGE over size! My baby clothes swam on my sister but would never have fit our little (hah!) brother.

    Chuck numbers like age and weight out the window I always say.
