Genie Bra Refashioned to Cami

Before: Genie Bra / Thrift t-shirt. 
*Bra top was comfortable.
*Under-band was too tight.
*Unstitched fold over under-band
*Still too tight and rolled up..
*Thrift t-shirt to the rescue

After: Cami with built in bra.
Steps:  Leave  the white band, which looks like a second t under it.
*Cut open back of the bra.
*Insert t-fabric from the sleeves.
*Cut t-shirt just under the sleeves, gather, sew onto the bra.
*Gather so that t-fabric stretches with the bra when put on.
*Celebrate: Cami with a built in bra. Long enough to show under shorter tops.tops.

    Store bought camis with built in bras can be hit or miss. I'm glad you were able to refashion a hit!
