Vintage Dress Revival

This vintage, handmade dress came home with me from a clothes swap last year. It fit perfectly, but clearly, it did not flatter.

I performed an emergency collar reduction surgery. Then I amputated the sleeves and bottom hem. And now this handmade dress is ready to get a little love again.
