Turtleneck to Tank Top

Hello Refashion Co-op. It's Chickie here with another super easy shirt project. i had this turtleneck top that I never wore. I hate turtlenecks. I thought I would do something with it in the winter but never got to it. I cut off the arms and neck to make a quick tank top.

I needed one to wear under this slightly sheer white blouse. Technically, The blouse was not refashioned. It has been hanging waiting to be worn for ages. A white blouse is great to wear any time but this was too sheer by itself. It's lightweight and perfect for Spring.

I also discovered the best headband from the cuff of the super stretchy jeans in this picture. I had to shorten them anyway, and the piece I cut off was the perfect size, shape, and stretch to make a headband.

Thanks for reading, now go make something fun for yourself.

  1. Interesting about the jeans cuff as headband! And a basic white tank is truly underrated. Good job finding the potential to make that white blouse wearable!
