How to Make An Easy Chevron Cuff Bracelet out of an old leather item.  

I made mine out of this sweet jacket... I have had it for over 10 years.

Don't you just love it?  It was a Wet seal special

It was easy to make, but it took a lot of steps.  This is how I painted the chevrons on the leather
