Happy St. Pat’s (observed)! I needed something green and lightweight for an 87 degree St. Pat's in 5pts. I decided on this 50 cent frumptastic find.
Ack! This would not do as-is. The sleeves and that neck tie thingy weren't working for me at all, but I adored that print. :)
I used one of my favorite halter tops as a template, and ended up with this!
Check out the back!
This is one of my favorite refashions I've done, and I can't wait to make a couple more halter tops for the sweltering SC summer that will be here in a month or so. :)
You can check out the full tutorial on how I refashioned this top from frump to fabu right here.
Cheers! :)

Fab! Love this refashion!!! Did you turn the shirt around and keep the buttons or redo a closing placket for the back?
I love this. It looks stunning on you. I also like seeing how you wear your refashioned out to events and parties!
