The 90s skirt
Quite a low key refashion here, but cute. The skirt was far too wide and far too long, so I took in the side seam and chopped off the bottom. There aren't really any more details as it was so simple but you can look at my blog anyway if you like! It reminds me of the flippy skirts I used to wear in the 90s, but less limp and see through.
