Dress to Top

I must have worn this dress to death when I was able to fit into it!. It is a navy silk with embroidered flower and leaf detail, I couldn't part with it so I made it into a cowl top.

The sleeves were a bit of guess work as I had very little fabric. I did a rolled hem on my overlocker on several pieces and then sewed them to the top of the shoulder. My blog is www.sewthisis.com
