These are some bags that I made from some cushion covers. I am sorry I didn't take pictures of the cushions beforehand, at the time I didn't know about this blog. Actually I didn't even blog myself. But today I was going through pictures of bags I have made so far and remembered these had a previous life. I hope you like them.
This one is for me, my daughter the Frill Master did a fantasic job pinning the frill for me.
Internal view of the bag above using quilting cotton.
Internal view of the bag above lined in crepe backed satin.
And the good news is I still have enough fabric left to make at least 1 more bag.
My name is Sew Vala and I can be found at sewvala.blogspot.com
Thank you. Happy sewing re-fashonistas' .

Your bags are gorgeous! They look very well made...
Do you have a great source for the frames?

So feminine. I love it!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments.
Pagano- I source my frames from the UK and also import from Hong Kong.
Stacey- I sell my bags on Folksy and my website, and craft stalls. I have been thinking about Etsy. Perhaps I should also give that a go.
