A real pillowcase dress

Ok this will probably be my last blog of the day. This was a gift I just gave my favorite pink princess. I found this pillowcase and fell for this pink striped pillowcase. I have always wanted to try a pillowcase dress. They seem easy enough.

With some easy cuts, bias tape trim, and a sash made from my scraps pile. I came up with this dress.

I left it simple (and no bling, which I threatened my friend with-I was going to bling her child). For more information, see my blog here. I almost did not want to give it away, I thought it was so cute. But I knew Lily would love it, since she is a pink girl like myself.
