I thrifted this cute jacket several months ago-- I loved the color, and all of the pleated and military-style details.
Only problem was, check out the button that's higher up on this sleeve cuff. Or more accurately, what's left of it.
Since the jacket didn't have a spare button, and I didn't have any to match, I decided to go ahead and just replace them all.
So this is my new, much more versatile monochromatic jacket.
I also couldn't find 15 matching buttons that were anywhere close to the right size, so I had to make my own fabric-covered buttons. Check these out...
Much more fun. Since the fabric had 3 or 4 different flowers, I kind of mixed those up-- one type down the front closure, one on the pockets and epaulettes, and one on the sleeve cuffs.
