Denim Cargo Skirt Refashion

A an ankle length cargo denim skirt. I picked up from an op shop for $3. The length needed to go, too bulky and boxy.


I cut off the length to the knee, but instead of a boring hem, I added a little colour, stitching a fabric belt to the bottom hem.


I hadn't realised until wearing both together, that my skirt matches my new favourite sandals!

I used the excess fabric to make a padded case for my iPad...
