Summer Set
Hiya I thrifted this wrap skirt for $4 last weekend:
It was in perfect as new conditon but as a L it wrapped around 1 1/2 times too much! So I decided to make a summer short&cowl front top set from it:
The neck strap was the original tie & the back straps were made from an old skirt in my scrap bin.
