I started off with this $0.99 skirt I got one day that I thought had potential. I actually liked all the of the applique on the bottom. But...... the skirt was too long and just looked weird with the length. And it has these points on the bottom too. I did not like those!
I refashioned the skirt a shorter, straight bottom skirt.

Sometimes the quick and easy fix is the best choice. I struggle with these because I want to do something super-creative but your choice here was perfect and resulted in a skirt that is definitely a collectors piece.
