Maternity shirt into two toddler maxi skirts

My mom cleaned out her closet and I always love going through the bags to see if I find anything with refashioning potential. I grabbed this sweater out of the pile.
I chopped off the arms (which I later used to create a waistband) and chopped off the neckline. I created this cute new skirt using the bodice as the new skirt and both sleeves to create the wide waistband.

What a great idea to refashion your maternity clothing to your daughter, and very cute - extend the life cycle of clothing!
