Cardigan Refashion

I had this white cardigan which I frequently wore but I got it caught in the car door last weekend which caused several holes (and a stain that I couldn't remove).

I found inspiration from this photo. 

I cut flower and leaf shapes from scrap fabric and hand sewed them onto the cardigan to cover the holes.
