ugly skirt to dress up

I really couldnt do much with this skirt, so i cut it in two, and made 2 capes for dress ups. One good thing, the fabric was some weird stretchy stuff so I didnt bother to hem it, I got the collar fabric from the sleeves of a shiny maternity top i dont need any more. I added a loop of fabric and a big button at the neck.
