This is a new design I came up with today using the sleeves from tee shirts as petals. I made an a-line skirt from a tank top with a casing for a drawstring made from the hem of another tee shirt. The sleeves were cut open turned upside down and sewn in overlapping rows.
I have a stockpile of sleeves from the tee shirts I cut up for my tee shirt skirts and this design will help keep the pile down to a dull roar.
