A Little Cardigan

I wanted a cute little preppy cardigan for my son, since the weather is starting to cool down here. But no way was I about to pay Baby Gap a ridiculous amount of money for a sweater that he will likely slobber on and grow out of in 2 weeks. So I took a plain white onesie like this one:

Anyone with a baby has at least 3 of these hanging around.

And I turned it into:

Don't mind the sloppy dye job. Ooops. It was my first attempt at dying fabric, ok? Next time I think I'll just opt for a cuter onsie to start with. If you're interested in the tutorial, you can check it out here.
