Sweater dress to Peplum Tunic

I made this sweater dress (from pattern Butterick 5523) in early 2012 and wore it often despite it not looking quite flattering on my body... Decided that I love the upper portion too much to have it buried under my huge down jacket, so chop chop...





And after:




Spring is definitely here, but it is still chilly at times, so a wool knit clothing is gonna keep me nice and comfy :) Hope that you are all doing great and having a great time with your projects :)

Sometimes you just have to refashion it, even if it is something you made yourself. But it you are not happy with it then as you said, chop, chop.
It looks nice now.
